If you are using any of the features which use Web Services (WebVue, TouchVue, WebScehduler or the Web Services Toolkit) specific Windows features must be correctly configured prior to installing PcVue. The following is the procedure for PcVue version 11.1 ONLY. The Help for PcVue 11.1 is largely correct but has an out of date screen shot for Windows 7, and some steps missing for Windows Server 2008 and 2008R2. |
