This article outlines the SQL syntax to use with the SCADA Basic instruction SVSQL.
Details:

The SVSQL instruction allows SCADA Basic to access an ODBC source using SQL commands. The ODBC source must first be configured using the host operating system. How to do this is explained in the PcVue documentation.

If you use the SVSQL instruction with EXECUTE mode, be careful of the syntax you use, especially with the INSERT instruction. You must put the values of fields you want to insert in single quotes (‘) , rather than in double quotes (“).
