This article explains how to solve problems with using Applicom protocol with Batibus.
Details:

Since version 5. of the Applicom driver, the local database of each APPLICOM card is handled as described below.

Applicom_protocol_with_Batibus_schematic

All access between 32000 minus Number Status of Cyclic function and 32767 is prevented by the protocol (error code: 8001).

The problem is that Batibus and PcVue require access to those data areas.
