To be able to obtain printer status in PcVue in the SYSTEM.PRINTER.N?.N?.STATUS variable, it is necessary to disable the Windows spooler for that printer. To do so, open the printer’s Print Properties dialog and select Print directly to the printer. The variable SYSTEM.PRINTER.N?.N?.STATUS is set to 0 while no error is detected from the printer. |
