How to use PcVue and Russian characters

You will need to use an operating system configured for Russian language. Here are the main modifications to do in the system’ settings.

The following video demonstrate how to use EXCEL in case you have to modify a lot of variable’s description for example. You will have to strictly follow the steps while opening and closing the variables file (varexp.dat). These steps are not the same as usual for Russian language.
