%s is the server alias.

Explanation

The PcVue OPC client uses notification to communicate with an OPC server. PcVue subscribes to OPC items. When an item changes, PcVue is notified by the OPC server of the change (reported by exception).

If you see this message, it means that your OPC server does not manage notification. PcVue is not compatible with the OPC server.
