The Log Files are found in the User’s temporary folder unless otherwise stated. By default these folders are:
These folders are normally hidden and you may have to change the Windows Folder Settings to display them.
For PcVue 10.0 Installation log If there are several files, try to select the correct one using the timestamp. Otherwise send the complete folder and the support team may be able to determine the correct one. The logs for VBA and the WST Demo Portal are included in the main log file (Cf. chained MSI). Prerequisites main log file Individual prerequisite log files Visual C++ 2008 redistributables Note: the 5 files below can be found in C:\Windows\Temp Start screen log file.
