PcVue version 9.0 onwards.

Summary:

After inserting an image in a mimic and reducing the size of its container, at runtime the image is displayed at its original resolution in the reduced container and hence it is cropped.

This phenomenon seems to be connected to the type of graphic card. It has been observed when using the ATI FireGL.

Details:

The solution is to reduce the hardware accelation of graphic card.

In Windows XP, you can find this parameter, Hardware Acceleration Slider, in:

  • – (ENG) Control Panel / Display, Setting tab – After choosing the concerned screen: Advanced button, Troubleshoot tab
  • – (FR) Panneau de configuration / Affichage, onglet Paramètres – Avancé, onglet Dépannage.
