| Summary:It is not advised to start PcVue if the HDS has not stopped properly. The HDS can sometimes take a long time to stop because of pending records being sent to SQL Server Database, in which case it is important to wait until it has stopped completely before starting PcVue. Sometimes the HDS can be stuck, so you can force it to shut down by right-clicking on its icon or by restarting the computer. |
