The attached example SCADA Basic program shows the correct way to declare and use an external DLL. In this case the DLL is KERNEL32.DLL – a standard Windows item. The example also has a practicle use in that it can be used to read and write keys in a standard format Windows .ini file. An example of a .ini file, which can be used with the program, is attached.
