French PcVue: “OPC,Connexion,%s,La DLL proxy OPC n’est pas enregistree”
English PcVue: “Connection,%s,The OPC proxy DLL isn’t registered”

%s is the Alias of the OPC Server

Solution

The OPC proxy .dll is not registered. From a DOS window, enter the following instruction :

regsvr32 opcproxy.dll
