French PCVUE: “OPC,Connexion,%s,La connexion au serveur a echouee (%sh)”
English PCVUE: “Connection,%s, The connection to the server has failed (%sh)”

%s is the Alias of the OPC Server.
%sh is the Error code (from Microsoft COM).

Explanation

PcVue cannot connect to the OPC Server.

This may arise from an installation problem with the OPC Server.
