| Symptom:The following Windows error message is prompted at PcVue startup and PcVue can never be launched.
“Attempt to initialize the CRT more than once” |

| Details:A registry subkey entry has to be deleted. Please follow the workaround described in the Microsoft Knowledge Base article KB913395.
If the key does not exist, it can also be found in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers Instead of HKEY_LOCAL_USER\… |
