There is no warning when installing Dream Report when DotNet (.NET) framework 2.0 is not already installed. Subsequently if you want to use the PcVue Web Services driver, it is not possible and you get an error message when you test the connection.
“Connection failed, Error connecting to COM server: – Class non enregistrée”

The solution is to install DotNet framework 2.0 and manually register a DLL in Windows with a DOS command:
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727>RegAsm “C:\Program Files\ODS\Dream Report\System\WSComSrvEx.dll”

If successful the DOS command will display the following message:
Microsoft (R) .NET Framework Assembly Registration Utility 2.0.50727.42
