PcVue version 8.10.
In general if a project is used with a later version of PcVue it will be automatically converted to that version. Occasionally it may be necessary to make manual modifications.
Summary:

This project generates data for use by Dream Report.

There are two mimics in this project, one representing a continuous process (Water treatment) and the other a batch process (Vending machine). There are two Dream Report projects, each limited to 25 variables so it can run with the demonstration version of Dream Report.
Details:

  1. SVOPC_PROCESS.DRT – A report project designed for a continuous process. The report project connects to PcVue using OPC. The report may be run by clicking the “Run report” button in the mimic. The report provides information based on the last hours recorded data.

process_report

  1. SVOPC_BATCH.DRT – A report project designed for a batch process. The report project connects to PcVue using OPC. The report may be run from the Dream Report runtime engine by selecting the report “Machine 1” and then clicking “Generate”. A report for the most recent batch is produced.
