Question:My Client Builder mimics have been imported in PcVue but when I open mimic some texts are missing | ||
Answer:The issue deal with language selection during import. User has selected the wrong language, or user has selected the default language and this default language is not filled.
In this example, the texts have been filled for English language, not for French (French text is blank), and default language is French. When importing the Client Builder project, user has left the “default” language and then Smart Generator has imported a blank text. There is three ways to solve this issue, depending of what he needs in his PcVue project: a) User can set English language has default for his text and let the default SG options In PcVue he will get an English mimic for language 1 b) User can enter a text for French and let the default SG options In PcVue he will get a French mimic for language 1 c) User can enter a text for French and select English and French for lang1 and lang2 during Import (PcVue project must be set has bilingual) In PcVue he will get an English mimic for lang1 and a French mimic for lang2 |
